Role Overview:
LVNs and RNs provide essential medical care and clinical oversight to residents in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities. Our nurses are trained to handle a variety of health needs with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed 
- 
Monitor vital signs and assess residents’ health conditions 
- 
Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams 
- 
Document care activities and maintain up-to-date medical records 
- 
Provide wound care, catheter management, and chronic condition support 
- 
Supervise and mentor caregiving staff when appropriate 
- 
Ensure compliance with facility protocols and state healthcare regulations 
- 
Respond promptly to medical emergencies 
Qualifications:
- 
Active LVN or RN license in California 
- 
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric settings preferred 
- 
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills 
- 
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations 
- 
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented professionals
