
Administrator and Facility Roles
At Reigil Care, we provide qualified Administrators and Facility Managers to oversee operations in residential care homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. These professionals ensure that facilities run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of care for residents.
Role Overview:
Facility Administrators and Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of care facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and leading the care team. They balance administrative duties with a strong focus on resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Oversee daily operations of the care facility, including staff supervision and resident services 
- 
Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and RCFE regulations 
- 
Manage admissions, discharges, and resident care plans in coordination with healthcare staff 
- 
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and staff schedules 
- 
Coordinate inspections and maintain up-to-date facility certifications 
- 
Hire, train, and manage care staff and administrative personnel 
- 
Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies 
- 
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality of care and operational efficiency 
Qualifications:
- 
Administrator Certificate (per California Department of Social Services) required for RCFEs 
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field (preferred) 
- 
Proven experience managing an RCFE, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility 
- 
Strong understanding of Title 22 regulations and licensing standards 
- 
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
- 
CPR/First Aid Certification and knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures
